The noise levels were a real issue too. not only does the hotel sit near a very loud street, but we also had disturbances from nearby celebrations, making sleep a challenge. Additionally, accessing the hotel involves navigating a narrow staircase without a lift, which isn't ideal for those with heavy luggage.

my stay was fantastic, the warm welcome was truly inviting and the view from my room was lovely, coming and going felt easy, and it’s just a leisurely 8-minute walk to the heart of the city with sights like Portugal dos Pequenitos and the Monastery of Santa Clara-a-Velha nearby to explore at my leisure.

The location was fantastic for taking our kids around the city, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our room had a breathtaking view of Coimbra, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff provided us with great restaurant tips.

My wife says that the parking situation could use improvement, especially for families with children.
